ABOUT 53 FLOORING
What Built on Legacy Means
The Name Changed. The Standard Did Not.
“Built on Legacy” reflects where the company came from and the operating principles that continue to guide it: dependable communication, practical problem-solving, accountability, and work built for long-term relationships.
53 Flooring & Supply Co. is operated by Legacy Facility Services, LLC.
Our Story
53 Flooring & Supply Co. grew from Legacy Facility Services and its work supporting multifamily properties in North Georgia.
As the flooring side of the business expanded, the need became clear: owners, property managers, contractors, and installers needed a flooring partner that could coordinate material, labor, scheduling, delivery, and communication through one accountable point of contact.
That need became 53 Flooring & Supply Co.
Today, we support flooring projects ranging from individual apartment turns to phased renovations, new construction releases, material supply, and contractor-led commercial scopes.

A Number With a Story Behind It
In the early days of Legacy Facility Services, the road to our first client took us along Highway 53. As the company evolved, the number became a reminder of where the work began and the direction the business was headed.
The name also carries personal meaning for our family and reflects the foundation behind the company: consistency, teamwork, accountability, and a standard worth carrying forward.
